Job Summary: Support the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Department in executing administrative and operational activities, managing purchases, contracts, suppliers, and IT assets. Opportunity for learning and career growth in IT and Cybersecurity. **Job Mission:** **Affirmative position for women.** Support the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Department in carrying out daily administrative and operational activities, ensuring proper control over purchases, contracts, suppliers, IT assets, and outsourced services, thereby contributing to the efficient functioning of the company's technological environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** Handle and monitor requests for purchasing IT equipment under the department’s responsibility (e.g., laptops, desktops, peripherals, network assets, etc.); Monitor procurement, provisioning, and renewal processes for IT equipment, software, and services with internal departments and suppliers; Record, control, and monitor supplier payments for the department, ensuring adherence to deadlines and corporate procedures; Register and manage IT materials and assets in corporate systems; Handle operational tasks related to Mobile Device Management (MDM) governance, including support for registrations, updates, and basic device controls; Monitor and “oversee” execution of outsourced services such as print outsourcing and laptop leasing, validating volumes, SLAs, deliveries, and contractual compliance; Support organization of departmental documents, contracts, reports, and administrative controls; Perform other administrative and support activities related to the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity area, as needed. **Behavioral Competencies** Organization and sense of priority; Responsibility and commitment; Ability to follow processes and procedures; Strong communication skills and teamwork; Interest in learning and growing within the IT and Cybersecurity field. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields); Basic knowledge of computer literacy, corporate IT environments, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Organized, proactive profile with attention to detail; Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal departments and suppliers. **Desirable Requirements:** Basic knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, or IT asset management; Familiarity with MDM concepts, equipment inventory, or outsourcing services; Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in administrative or IT areas. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco Saúde, or Unimed health insurance (subject to local availability); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Alelo Food or Meal Voucher; Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; Transportation voucher; Pharmacy benefit plan; University tuition assistance plan; Total Pass; Internal education platform; Moodar platform (therapy platform offering special rates for employees) Great to see you visiting us virtually!
