Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting training programs, developing instructional materials, analyzing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented programs. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Qualifications** * Training and Development: Experience in planning and delivering training programs is essential. * Analytical Skills and Communication: Strong analytical skills to assess training needs, along with clear verbal and written communication abilities. * Instructional Design: Knowledge of instructional design and development of training materials. * Plan, produce, and deliver training sessions; * Conduct training needs assessments with responsible supervisors; * Manage training performance indicators; * Plan and execute training logistics; * Willingness to travel. **Desirable Requirements** Soft Skills: Proactivity, initiative, strong interpersonal skills, verbal fluency, organization, and discipline.
