Promotion of continuous improvement in construction processes Position Summary: Responsibilities include planning, technical and financial management, regulatory approval, coordination of teams and suppliers, construction control, and strategic communication—ensuring feasibility and execution of projects with quality, safety, and legal compliance. * General Responsibilities * Planning of phases and activities for civil construction projects. * Definition, management, and control of scope, costs, and timelines. * Obtaining licenses and permits from municipal and state authorities. * Monitoring construction progress and ensuring adherence to schedules. * Identification and mitigation of technical, financial, and regulatory risks. * Use of management software (AutoCAD, Revit, ConstruCode, control tools). * Integration of executive, complementary, and legal projects. * Promotion of continuous improvement in construction processes. * Approval Management * Coordination of approval processes with competent authorities. * Development of submission schedules and tracking of approvals. * Analysis of legal and technical requirements. * Control of issuance and renewal of licenses and permits. * Interface with municipal governments, regulatory agencies, and external consultants. * Organization and digital archiving of legal documents. * Development of status reports and performance indicators. * Supervision of environmental conditions and legal requirements for project commencement.
