Obtaining and managing regulatory approvals Position Summary: Responsibilities include planning, technical and financial management, regulatory approval, coordination of teams and suppliers, construction control, and strategic communication, ensuring the viability and execution of developments with quality, safety, and legal compliance. * General Responsibilities * Planning project phases and activities for civil construction projects. * Defining, managing, and controlling scope, costs, and schedules. * Obtaining licenses and permits from municipal and state authorities. * Monitoring construction progress and ensuring adherence to schedules. * Identifying and mitigating technical, financial, and regulatory risks. * Using management software (AutoCAD, Revit, ConstruCode, control tools). * Integrating executive, complementary, and legal projects. * Promoting continuous improvement in construction processes. * Approval Management * Coordinating approval processes with competent authorities. * Developing submission timelines and tracking approvals. * Analyzing legal and technical requirements. * Controlling issuance and renewal of licenses and permits. * Liaising with city halls, regulatory agencies, and external consultants. * Organizing and digitally archiving legal documents. * Preparing status reports and performance indicators. * Supervising environmental conditions and legal requirements for commencement of works.
