Job Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with cooperative members, portfolio management, and supporting business teams to achieve profitability and member retention. Promotes quality and efficiency in customer service. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Responsible for developing and implementing cooperative member relationship strategies, including management of the product and service portfolio, support to business teams and branch processes—particularly for individual segment (PF) members—through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial consulting focused on members’ needs and the cooperative’s results, aiming at profitability and portfolio growth, while promoting service quality, efficiency, and standardization; meeting established targets; and offering product and service solutions aligned with member expectations and retention within the assigned area of responsibility.
