Opportunity for self-development and continuous improvement. **DESCRIPTION** **Job Summary:** Completes basic preventive maintenance and/or repair activities on engines and related components at the customer site with minimal guidance. **Key Responsibilities:** Engages with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Ensures effective and immediate attention to customer needs. Applies specialized tools and follows documented procedures and policies to diagnose and perform basic repairs, including preparation of required parts and tools. Escalates unresolved issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians and/or Supervisors. Performs preventive maintenance activities in accordance with documented schedules and standards for engines and related components in the field. Completes required documentation, such as service worksheets, time sheets, and warranty requests, via handwritten forms or business system entry screens. Completes training according to skill and business requirements. Maintains vehicle and service tools clean and in good working condition.
