We aim to grow as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **What You’ll Do:** * Analyze and interpret user stories requiring enhancement, transforming requirements into technically viable solutions; * Perform manual and automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests on functionalities to ensure not only system quality and stability but also compliance with predefined requirements; * Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for tasks developed, ensuring system usability and understanding, while minimizing time loss and rework by the team; * Develop APIs and Web Services to enable communication between different system components and with third-party applications. **How You’ll Do It:** * Assumes responsibilities aligned with the department’s plan; * Understands the business and has a deeper grasp of interdependencies among involved variables; * Makes operational decisions—even when precedents are lacking—understanding the impact of actions on both the immediate team and other interfacing teams; * Receives prioritized responsibilities and seeks guidance and support when needed; * Delivers outputs of varying complexity, predominantly simpler and standardized ones; * Delivers high-quality results even when requiring extra effort. **Requirements:** * Experience with Java; * Knowledge of Java Faces framework; * Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others; * Web development.
