Job Summary: Responsible for managing deadlines, verifying and typing medical examination reports, analyzing examination deliveries, and providing direct customer service for examination delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Control and verification of typed medical examination reports 2. Typing reports by listening to audio recordings 3. Direct customer service for examination delivery * Monitor delivery deadlines and verification of typed medical examination reports; * Perform and assist the team in typing reports by listening to audio recordings of examinations; * Perform report typing; * Analyze examination deliveries, verify signatures and availability of medical reports; * Deliver examinations to customers at the counter.
