




Job Summary: The professional will monitor, audit, and ensure compliance of internal processes, identifying failures, implementing improvements, and delivering quality-related training. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure internal process compliance with regulations and standards 2. Conduct audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement 3. Collaborate to implement quality improvements * Monitor and ensure internal process compliance with established regulations and standards; * Understand all items related to process quality in the contract; * Identify and report process failures, inconsistencies, and fraud to the operations team; * Escalate monthly quality offenders to the operations team; * Track improvement of offenders following failure identification and HR/Operations team training; * Conduct audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement; * Prepare performance reports and results of implemented corrective actions; * Support the development and implementation of quality-related training; * Analyze data and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of quality targets; * Collaborate with training and operations teams to implement improvements; Ensure documentation and evidence of quality actions performed.
