Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. **Job Description:** The Production Assistant will work directly in production processes, responsible for performing activities related to product weighing, mixing, and packaging, following operational instructions and the company's quality standards. Attention to detail and focus on tasks are essential to ensure accuracy and safety at each stage of the process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in production stages, including raw material weighing, mixture preparation, and product packaging; * Strictly follow established procedures and formulas for each product; * Ensure correct batch and product identification throughout all process stages; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Perform production records as required; * Report any irregularities or deviations in the process to the production supervisor; * Uphold good manufacturing practices and safety requirements. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in production or operational roles is preferred; * Ability to concentrate, pay attention to detail, and demonstrate responsibility; * Commitment to quality, safety, and punctuality; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
