Job Summary: Senior .NET Developer with experience in C#, .NET, Clean Architecture, DDD, Event-Driven Architectures, and best coding practices, to work proactively and collaboratively. Proficiency in Event-Driven Architectures and Best Coding Practices Position: Senior .NET Developer 100% REMOTE * Hard Skills ⁠Solid experience in C\# and .NET: Proficiency in building backend applications using .NET Framework or .NET Core, focusing on performance, scalability, and development best practices. ⁠Clean Architecture: Experience implementing and maintaining layered solutions with clear separation of responsibilities, ensuring more robust, decoupled, and testable code. ⁠Domain\-Driven Design (DDD): Practical experience modeling complex domains, using Aggregates, Value Objects, Entities, Domain Events, Repositories, and strategic/tactical DDD patterns. ⁠Event\-Driven Architectures: Experience with messaging, events, and asynchronous services using tools such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or similar. Ability to design event-oriented workflows and handle eventual consistency. ⁠Best Coding Practices: Experience with SOLID principles, clean architecture concepts, design patterns, and techniques that ensure modularity, high cohesion, and low coupling. ⁠Automated Testing: Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and mocks/stubs in .NET (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Moq, FluentAssertions, etc.). ⁠API and Service Integration: Experience building and consuming REST APIs and SOAP protocol, including versioning, security, and standards such as OpenAPI/Swagger. ⁠Version Control: Proficiency in Git (branches, pull requests, code reviews, GitFlow or trunk-based development). ⁠Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and collaborative development practices. Soft Skills Clear and Concise Communication: Ability to explain technical solutions, collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, and other teams, and participate constructively in design discussions. ⁠Hands\-on and Proactive Profile: Autonomy to solve complex problems, propose architectural improvements, and engage across the full application lifecycle (design, development, testing, maintenance). ⁠Inquisitive Mindset: Strong troubleshooting skills, log analysis, bottleneck identification, and deep understanding of internal solution behavior. ⁠Collaboration and Teamwork: Willingness to mentor less experienced developers, conduct efficient code reviews, and contribute to the team’s continuous improvement.
