Job Summary: The professional will monitor, sanitize, and replace devices; conduct environmental and risk assessments; complete service orders; and contribute to quality and environmental management systems. Responsibilities: Monitor, sanitize, and replace traps and baits; Before beginning work at client sites, observe and analyze the environment; Conduct risk assessments before initiating work at client sites (once per year and/or whenever client changes occur); Complete and close service orders at the time of, or immediately after, service execution. In exceptional cases, closure may occur within 24 hours after service completion; Support quality and environmental management systems, e.g., understanding and applying operational procedures, properly disposing of waste, and correctly washing packaging; Perform activities such as chemical baiting, fumigation, and HDR after receiving appropriate training to carry out these tasks alongside the Operations team; Adhere to the service schedule as determined by company logistics.
