Junior Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a procurement professional to join the **Strategy and Finance** team, directly supporting the department’s activities. This person will be responsible for **direct and indirect procurement**, critical to the brand’s current phase and to **supporting operations**. Additionally, they will play an important role in structuring the procurement function and building strong relationships with strategic suppliers. Responsibilities * Lead direct and indirect procurement processes supporting the brand’s expansion phase in Brazil; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, delivery timelines, and quality; * Support the structuring of the procurement function by contributing to the development of processes, controls, and policies; * Research, prospect, and qualify new strategic suppliers; * Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners; * Support monitoring of contracts, purchase orders, and deliveries, ensuring adherence to deadlines and specifications; * Collaborate closely with Expansion, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure strategic alignment; Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, or related areas; * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate level); * Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills; * Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus.
