Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with solid expertise in offline advertising/design and strong creative skills to develop 3D visualizations, detail project specifications, and create visual concepts for various media. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of 3D visualizations of displays, totems, and spatial environments. 2. Development of creative and attractive window display concepts. 3. Team collaboration to deliver a cohesive and engaging customer experience. We seek someone with solid knowledge of the advertising/design sector (especially offline materials) and exceptional creative abilities. Responsibilities: \- Create 3D visualizations of displays, totems, spatial environments, and window displays, incorporating products for presentation to clients and decision-makers; \- Detail projects with precise measurements and material specifications to guide production; \- Develop creative and attractive window display concepts that communicate brand identity and promote products; \- Familiarity with layout and final artwork, including application of design and typography principles; \- Image editing and interpolation; \- Creation of e-commerce banners, email marketing assets, and digital social media content; \- Collaborate with other members of the design team to ensure a cohesive and engaging in-store customer experience. Requirements: Experience in window display and visual merchandising design; Knowledge of primary substrates used in offline material production, such as PS, acrylic, magnetic sheets, vinyl stickers, MDF, paper, etc.; Creativity and attention to detail; Ability to work effectively in a team; Responsibility and organization; Demonstrated proactive attitude and openness to constructive feedback; Receptiveness to changes and adaptations in projects, responding effectively to client needs and company strategies; Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D; Experience with 3D software, such as Cinema 4D or Blender. Desirable: Basic knowledge of animation in After Effects to modify and create simple animations, adding motion and dynamism to projects; Proven experience in 3D design, preferably within a retail environment. Benefits: Transportation allowance for in-office days; Meal allowance of BRL 30.00 per in-office day; Home office allowance of BRL 400.00 per month; Thirteenth salary; Paid vacation of 30 days. Additional Information: Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 1–2 in-office days per week. Workplace: Vila Madalena – São Paulo/SP, approximately 10 minutes from the subway station. A personal computer is required for home office days.
