




**Position: KITCHEN ASSISTANT – PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY** Responsible for supporting the kitchen team in daily activities, ensuring food preparation and organization according to quality and food safety standards. Provide support to kitchen operations, contributing to workplace efficiency and organization. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation, following recipes and instructions from chefs and cooks. * Clean and organize the work area, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Prepare and cut ingredients, wash vegetables, and perform other basic food preparation tasks. * Maintain organized food and ingredient stock, complying with food safety standards. * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations, ensuring proper handling and storage of food. * Assist in plating and presentation of dishes, as requested by chefs and cooks. * Wash and disinfect kitchen utensils, pots, and other equipment; * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established deadlines. * Participate in training and updates on kitchen procedures and safety regulations. * Provide support for departmental requests whenever necessary or requested by supervisors, aiming to contribute to smooth operations. **Education:** ● Completed high school. **Desirable:** 6 months of experience in the field. **Location:** SÃO PAULO – SP **Salary Range:** R$ 2.000,00 to R$ 2.200,00 (Approximate value; subject to change) **Schedule:** 6-day rotation with 1 day off – To be arranged Job Type: Permanent CLT Payment: R$2.000,00 – R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
