Proximity to leadership and rapid learning As an Apprentice in a Construction and Engineering company, you will learn firsthand how construction sites and office operations function on a daily basis, with close mentoring and ample opportunity for growth. We are a small, expanding company, meaning greater proximity to leadership, faster learning, and real opportunities to stand out. * Support administrative tasks (filing, spreadsheets, registrations). * Organize construction-site documents and contracts. * Answer phone calls and assist in customer and supplier interactions. * Help manage materials and services. * Update simple progress reports. * Support the engineering and administrative teams. * Contribute to maintaining an organized workplace. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school. * Availability for an Apprentice work schedule (morning or afternoon shift). * Willingness to learn and interest in administrative/construction-site work. * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email). * Organization, responsibility, and good communication skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior participation in vocational or technical training courses. * Interest in pursuing a career in Civil Construction or Engineering. * Aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets. * Residing in an area easily accessible to the company/construction sites.
