Serves as the strategic focal point for an impeccable and secure workplace **Junior Facilities Tech Analyst** ====================================== TOTVS | São Paulo | SP | Hybrid Job Description As a Facilities Tech Analyst, you will ensure operational excellence across TOTVS units, acting as the strategic focal point that integrates physical infrastructure management with digital support, guaranteeing an impeccable and secure workplace for all employees. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Manage a portfolio of facilities services to ensure optimal operation of buildings, workstations, and services across one or more TOTVS locations. * Support digital controls within the area, maintaining request histories in existing spreadsheets and files. * Oversee data control processes, office usage tracking, access control, and CCTV monitoring; serve as the primary contact for HR and People Administration regarding issuance and handling of diverse requests related to these needs via Zendesk tickets. * Process internal TOTVERS requests submitted through the facilities ticketing system, directing topics—both digitally and in person—to various contracted teams within the department. * Support hard services and construction/projects teams, serving as the technical focal point for building-related and digital topics within the area. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering or Technology; * Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio); * Familiarity with access control and CCTV systems; * Knowledge of IP networks; * Basic knowledge of SQL, Apps Script, and Python, with ability to develop queries and scripts; * Experience in the Facilities field.
