Engineering Assistant – Maintenance Responsibilities Support the administrative management of corrective and preventive maintenance demands for stores; Control the opening, tracking, and closure of technical service requests; Monitor SLAs for service providers and execution deadlines; Assist in managing maintenance contracts (air conditioning, electrical, civil, hydraulic, elevators, etc.); Verify measurements, invoices, and support the payment process; Update control spreadsheets (costs, KPIs, construction and maintenance status); Support budgetary control (CAPEX and OPEX for maintenance); Organize technical documentation for stores (reports, ARTs, certificates, technical reports); Support consolidation of departmental performance indicators (SLA, average response time, recurrence rate, cost per store); Provide support in relationship management with service providers and internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, and Real Estate). **Requirements:** Requirements Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related fields preferred); Intermediate Excel skills (data handling, formulas, database organization); Organizational skills, sense of priority, and attention to detail; Ability to manage administrative routines and track deadlines; Prior experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or technical back-office functions is a plus.
