Develop dashboards and management reports Description: Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Business Analytics, or Business Intelligence Experience: Minimum 3 years in operational controls, data handling and consolidation, data analysis, and experience implementing performance controls and metrics Proficiency in: Power BI, Power Apps, Python, Looker Studio, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL Driver's License – Category B * Structure, develop, and implement operational controls together with operational teams; * Analyze operational metrics to identify, assess, and mitigate risks based on established controls; * Analyze data to support decision-making, prioritize improvement initiatives, and measure operational and financial gains; * Identify bottlenecks, patterns, and opportunities for continuous improvement; * Ensure reliability and integrity of management information; * Map and document operational processes; * Develop dashboards and management reports; * Identify operational risks, improvement opportunities, and propose action plans; * Conduct effectiveness tests of controls; * Train teams on analytical tools and controls; * Develop, ensure, and monitor implementation of action plans within operations; * Identify opportunities for automation of operational processes and collaborate with the technology and operations teams to implement the defined solution. * Development of operational standards and processes 251225020249835243
