Job Summary: Implement DevOps practices to enhance software development and IT operations, supporting applications, managing incidents, and monitoring the production environment. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate to create an efficient, agile, and reliable software delivery environment. 2. Manage incidents and the IT service lifecycle. 3. Develop analytical models for strategic indicator dashboards. **Responsibilities:** Actively implement significant DevOps benefits for software development and IT operations by fostering collaboration between development and operations teams, aiming to build a more efficient, agile, and reliable software delivery environment.
