Responsibilities • Delivery monitoring and performance; • Schedule pickups and perform cargo tracking; • Assist in resolving BOs (Billing Orders) and ACRs (After-Customer Requests); • Freight quotations; • Customer service; • Support collection of deliveries; • Responsible for SAC department goals and KPIs.
