Responsibilities * Lead and provide technical support to the workshop team * Standardize and supervise maintenance of scooters and modules (batteries, motors, controllers, dashboards, IoT) * Perform advanced technical diagnostics and complex repairs * Ensure quality, safety, and SLA compliance * Analyze recurring failures (RCA) and propose improvements * Develop procedures, checklists, and technical training materials * Monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, rework, costs) * Manage technical inventory and critical materials Requirements * Experience in technical maintenance and/or technical leadership * Knowledge of basic electronics, DC systems, and Li\-ion batteries * Proficiency with multimeters, power supplies, and diagnostic tools * Ability to read and apply technical documentation * Workshop or technical environment experience ️ Preferred Qualifications * Experience with electric scooters or electric mobility * Experience with KPIs and continuous improvement * Knowledge of CAN, BMS, or embedded electronics Desired Profile A hands-on technical sub-leader who is organized, process-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to team development.
