**[Tech] Senior Backend Software Engineering - Java** ========================================================= TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description Serve as a technical reference for the development and maintenance of logistics software features, delivering not only product value but also guiding and upskilling the development team—ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous technical growth of the product development team. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and maintain software, including backend coding; * Automate tests; * This opportunity is for developing and maintaining TOTVS logistics-segment software. Additionally, you will work in an agile environment full of great people who are genuinely good people; * Develop complex technical solutions with moderate supervision and minimal support by implementing software requirements using project-related technologies; * Understand the software architecture and be capable of working within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; * Document development stages by recording implementation details in version control and documentation tools; * Collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; * Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and best practices applicable to the product and technologies used; * Guide less senior developers by addressing their questions, sharing expertise, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; Requirements and Qualifications * Java and Spring Boot; * Microservices; * Hexagonal Architecture; * Asynchronous inter-service communication (RabbitMQ); * Unit testing; * Distributed systems and scalability; * Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) modeling; * Design Patterns and software design best practices; * Distributed architectures and SAGA resilience; * Automated unit testing using JUnit and Mockito; * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of Angular; * Experience in the logistics industry; * Practical DevOps knowledge.
