This professional will play a strategic role in developing technical and consultative proposals, supporting customers in their digital transformation journeys. They will serve as the bridge between business needs and cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions, ensuring each project is robust, scalable, and secure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the sales team in pre\-sales processes by translating business requirements into technical solutions, with deep understanding of customer needs. * Design private cloud architectures focused on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. * Produce scope documents, technical documentation, and detailed proposals for migration, modernization, and optimization projects. * Represent PWS Cloud technically in meetings and presentations. * Lead technical discussions, acting as a trusted advisor in strategic meetings, conveying credibility and expertise. * Collaborate on communication between customers and internal engineering, operations, and managed services teams to ensure solution consistency. * Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovation to the PWS Cloud portfolio. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in cloud solutions architecture. * Solid knowledge of networking, information security, databases, and system integration. * Experience in pre\-sales processes and engagement with corporate clients. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and executive audiences. * Technical English proficiency for reading and writing. **Additional Information** Knowledge of the following solutions: * Antivirus/EDR/XDR (Acronis and CrowdStrike); * Backup (Acronis and Veeam); * Disaster Recovery (Acronis and Zerto); * Microsoft Azure; * Oracle OCI; * Perimeter Firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos, and pfSense); * Microsoft Licensing; * Vulnerability Scanning and Management. * Experience in digital transformation projects and migration of on\-premises environments to cloud. * Experience in mission-critical and high-availability environments. **PWS Cloud** is a Brazilian company with 15 years of experience in technology, specializing in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services.
