




Job Summary: The professional will provide support and maintenance for security solutions, participate in projects, and perform network and security configurations. Key Highlights: 1. Customer incident and request support 2. Participation in information security projects 3. Mandatory Fortinet experience and certification * Provide support for customer incident tickets and requests; * Participate in information security projects, including perimeter firewall architecture design; * Maintain and support the customer's SD\-WAN solution; * Execute post\-project implementations, including: IPSEC tunnel and VPN Client configuration; * Create and manage security policies; * Configure routing and DHCP; * Manage and control network traffic; * Implement monitoring, redundancy, and load balancing; * Perform firewall backups; * Develop and maintain network topologies; * Conduct overall environment monitoring. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Technology-related fields; * Experience in customer service / technical support; * Experience with Fortinet firewalls; * Mandatory certification: NSE4 or FCP (Fortinet); * Knowledge of: FortiAnalyzer * FortiManager * **Mandatory certification: FCP (Fortinet Certified Professional) – equivalent to NSE4 or NSE5 levels;** Benefits To be determined
