SQL DBA Developer at BairesDev We are looking for SQL DBA Developers to join our Development team and participate in various projects composed of multicultural teams distributed worldwide. We seek proactive individuals, team players passionate about programming in this language, and focused on delivering the best possible end-user experience. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals aiming to grow within one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry! These developers will face numerous technical challenges; therefore, they must leverage current technologies, engage with the mobile world, web applications, devices, etc. Your responsibilities will include: * Solving complex integration problems and enabling customers to move faster while ensuring adherence to best practices. * Diagnosing complex configurations and communicating clearly until resolution. * Building internal tools for automation, driving adoption across the team, and fostering a collaborative environment. * Identifying process improvements, proposing solutions, and coordinating efforts with other senior leaders and key partners. * Identifying and triaging system issues and collaborating with our development team to accelerate resolution. * Building relationships with external vendors and partners, including tag management and analytics solutions. * Facilitating onboarding and integration training for new hires. Here’s what we’re looking for: * 5\+ years of experience in SQL DBA development and 6 years of experience working as a developer. * Proficiency in analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting. * Practical experience managing data loads and data quality is a plus. * Advanced English proficiency.
