We are an SCD born to simplify corporate finance. The Treasury team reflects this: technical, direct, and without unnecessary layers. The environment is collaborative, learning is continuous, and the mindset is fintech: solve with technology, move fast, and do it right. **Position Challenges:** This role exists to solve a real problem: Conta Simples is maturing its payments and settlement infrastructure and needs someone who has already done this before. You will lead and support certifications in the SPB, SPI, Selic, and B3/Cetip environments; structure multi-system reconciliation controls; and operate intraday cash with visibility into bank reserves and settlement windows. You will also serve as the technical liaison between back office, technology, and compliance—translating BCB regulations into auditable processes. And you will use AI to automate tasks currently requiring manual effort. It’s a work-in-progress environment. Those who thrive here enjoy leaving things better than they found them. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day at Conta Simples:** * Lead and support certifications in BCB environments (SPB, Selic, and SPI) and B3, conducting tests, ensuring documentation, and guiding the institution through to readiness declaration and production. * Use AI daily to automate reconciliations, compare statements, generate reports, and resolve in minutes what previously took hours. * Monitor intraday cash balances and execute transfers via STR and Pix with full visibility of settlement windows. * Reconcile positions across SPB, SPI, Selic, B3/Cetip systems and COSIF trial balance, identifying and resolving breaks using a structured methodology. * Handle Pix disputes and returns jointly with compliance and fraud prevention. * Monitor compulsory reserve deposits, Selic treasury title positions, and B3 maturities. * Serve as the liaison between back office and technology, participating in integrations, technical specifications, and system enhancements—with deep understanding of both sides. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Minimum 6 years in back office or settlement at a regulated financial institution, with hands-on experience in SPB, SPI, Selic, and B3/Cetip certifications. * Active daily use of generative AI in professional settings, capable of automating operational tasks and extracting financial data insights. * Experience in fintech or high-velocity change environments. * Operational mastery of STR and SPI—including transfers, intraday balance monitoring via RSFN, and contingency procedures. * Production-level Pix operations: sending, receiving, returns, and MED—with understanding of DICT, CCME, and LPI. * Experience in Selic custody of public securities, definitive and repo transactions, and reconciliation with COSIF trial balance. * Knowledge of the B3 platform for registration, custody, and settlement of private securities. * Daily cash flow management with visibility into compulsory reserves, clearinghouses, and maturities. * Advanced Excel, structured reasoning for break resolution, and clear communication with both technology and business teams. **Nice-to-Have:** * CPA-20, CEA, or CGA certifications * Technical English **Additional Information** **Take a look (at some) of the benefits of being a Simpler:** Health insurance (nationwide coverage) with no monthly fee and co-payment for our \#Simplers and up to \+2 legal dependents Dental insurance (nationwide coverage) with no monthly fee and co-payment for our \#Simplers and up to \+2 legal dependents Flex Food via iFood Benefits card Mobility Allowance via iFood Benefits card Wellhub—extended to legal dependents (children and spouses) Birthday-off (to celebrate your special day with loved ones!)
