Analyze technical and functional requirements in a z/OS environment. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Responsible for ensuring customer adoption, proper usage, and progression with the company's products. * Directly engage with users and customer operational teams, delivering training, monitoring solution usage, identifying needs, and anticipating issues before they become technical support tickets. * Primary responsibility is to ensure customers use and derive value from products in their daily operations. * Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements for the z/OS environment. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in systems analysis within the IBM z/OS environment; * Knowledge of: COBOL; BATCH processing (JCL/PROC); CA-Endevor or Changeman (version management); IBM Db2; IMS/DB and IMS/TM; VSAM and QSAM files; CICS/IMS (transactional environment); CONTROL-M (job orchestration); TSO/ISPF/ROSCOE. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with: Customer Success; Mainframe software installation; Mainframe test environment setup/preparation; Test quality assurance; ABEND analysis.
