Job Summary: RS SERVIÇOS is seeking a strategic Head of Finance to lead the finance function, ensure business health, and support strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Lead financial planning, controller, treasury, and accounting. 2. Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making. 3. Lead and develop the finance team. RS SERVIÇOS seeks a strategic, results-oriented Head of Finance to lead the company’s finance function. This person will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the business, supporting strategic decisions, and building processes that sustain the organization’s long-term growth, as well as aligning internal practices with company procedures. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **financial planning, controller, treasury, and accounting** functions * Develop and monitor **financial planning (budget, forecast, and long-range plan)** * Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure * Produce and analyze financial reports and performance indicators (KPIs) * Support senior leadership in **strategic decision-making** * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards * Structure and optimize finance processes and internal controls * Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors * Evaluate investment opportunities, M\&A, and expansion initiatives * Lead and develop the finance team ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Solid experience in financial leadership roles * Advanced knowledge of financial planning, accounting, and cash management * Experience managing teams * Strong analytical capability and strategic vision * Excellent communication and influencing skills * Advanced English (desirable or mandatory, depending on the company) * **Experience with SENIOR \- HCM system** * **Experience with HKSAR2G system** ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-growth companies (OUTSOURCED SERVICES) * Experience in fundraising or investor relations * Knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools * Postgraduate degree or MBA **RS SERVIÇOS Offers** * Collaborative and dynamic work environment; * Genuine opportunities for professional growth and development; * Competitive benefits package, including meal allowance, transportation allowance, and life insurance; * Participation in strategic and challenging projects in the services sector. **Diversity and Inclusion** RS SERVIÇOS believes diversity strengthens our teams and drives innovation.
