Job Summary: We are seeking an Application Engineer to manage our portfolio of design professionals, provide technical support to partners, develop training materials and studies, and create technical content for the HVAC market. Apply now! \#VemserDaikin **Responsibilities and Duties** What challenges will this professional face? * Focus on managing the portfolio of design professionals, improving relationships, and identifying new partners; * Also provide support and service to other partners, such as installers, architects, construction companies, etc.; * Technical support, project analysis, development of training programs, and comparative studies; * Deliver product training and application solutions training; * Develop technical content for dissemination and presentation at industry trade shows, events, and targeted initiatives by Daikin and its partners; * Continuously study competitors (activities, strategies, products, solutions) and market demands; * Develop specification guides and competitive analysis studies; * Support Daikin’s commercial teams **Requirements and Qualifications** What qualifications are expected? * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields); * Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC market; * Knowledge of systems, equipment, and automation; * Experience in both technical and commercial roles, with strong competence in both areas; * Willingness to travel; * Advanced English proficiency; * Proactive and dynamic personality; **Additional Information** What do we offer? * Fixed remuneration (CLT employment contract) * Benefits: Health and Dental Insurance | Meal Voucher | Food Allowance | Life Insurance | Profit Sharing (PLR) | Private Pension Plan * Work tools We are a Japanese company and global leader in residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning systems.
