Your mission will be to **ensure end-to-end smoothness in our hiring funnel.** You will be responsible for operating R\&S efficiently—from resume screening to scheduling interviews with managers—ensuring that **onboarding** is flawless and that accessibility (Libras) is not merely an afterthought but an integral part of the process. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure candidates have an outstanding experience and new hires begin fully equipped to perform. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute the full operational recruitment and selection (R\&S) cycle—from resume screening to interview scheduling. * Conduct candidate outreach and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. * Lead the onboarding process by organizing documents and presentations, ensuring new hires receive all necessary tools to start their activities. * Maintain an updated talent pool and applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity. * Support the preparation of interview evaluation reports and recruitment performance metrics. * Provide candidate support throughout the process, promoting clear and empathetic communication at every stage. * Promote accessibility in recruitment processes, applying Libras knowledge when required to ensure inclusion of Deaf or hard-of-hearing candidates. * Monitor the probation period of new hires, collecting initial feedback regarding adaptation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience: Prior experience in R\&S routines and employee integration processes. * Advantage: Proficiency or basic knowledge of Libras (Brazilian Sign Language). * Hard Skills: Familiarity with recruitment platforms (ATS), intermediate Microsoft Office suite, and resume screening techniques. * Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational ability, sense of urgency, and focus on candidate experience (*Candidate Experience*). **Additional Information** * Medical and dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Casual dress code every day; * Commuter allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Full digital access to Estadão content; * Exclusive discounts with educational institutions; * Psychological support \- Vittude; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Private pension plan \- OESPREV; * Estadão Benefits Club; **Work Location**: Av.
