This is an opportunity within Pmweb’s Project Management area, serving clients across diverse sectors including retail, airlines, financial institutions, and food & beverage! The candidate we are seeking will serve as the bridge between business, technical teams, and operational teams. They will be expected to analyze business requirements and subsequently gather technical requirements to execute client project demands. **Responsibilities and Duties** * This professional will manage project demands related to system implementation and digital marketing. * Daily activities will involve mediating between clients, internal teams, and support areas, ensuring all parties work and deliver toward the management-defined objective—thereby maximizing the client’s utilization of Digital Marketing tools and ensuring successful project outcomes. * The professional must possess an analytical and logical mindset to support the development of Digital Marketing solutions and identify problems and their root causes, building efficient and effective resolution paths. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Competencies:** * Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis within digital marketing, applying agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools; * Advanced Spanish proficiency (pronunciation and writing) is mandatory; * English proficiency is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities; * Proactivity, organization, and autonomy; * Logical mindset for gathering and analyzing technical requirements aligned with business needs; * Flexibility to work with clients from diverse industry segments; * Ability to map all deliverables per client request, supported by the strategic team; * Holistic perspective; * Commitment and dedication with focus on quality and timely delivery; * Aptitude and motivation for continuous learning; **Differentiators:** * Experience in CRM and/or Digital Marketing; * Knowledge of programming logic and SQL Server databases. **Additional Information** **We are building a talent pool for future opportunities!** If you identify with our profile, we would love to meet you.
