Assistant Chef. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to assume the position of Assistant Chef at our establishment located in Granja Viana – Cotia, São Paulo.

Job Summary: This professional will work across various processes, supporting internal/external areas, analyzing and enhancing processes, with an emphasis on document management and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in a Multiskilling program for team development. 2. Focus on process analysis and enhancement for optimization. 3. Opportunity to suggest system improvements for users. * Collaborate synergistically and support internal/external areas and suppliers. * Analyze daily responsibilities' processes, providing responses/alternatives satisfying internal/external customers. * Work across multiple processes, as the area participates in the Multiskilling program for team development. * Availability to perform activities on weekends. * Enhance processes by reducing rework and optimizing team time. * Manage receipt and archiving of customer documentation/contracts. * Administer administrative tasks such as clearance letter tracking and gathering information for updating corporate structure records in the internal system. * Ability to learn diverse processes, as the area participates in the Multiskilling program for team development. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * End-to-end project support, including full documentation review; technical specifications analysis; and execution per specifications (identifying errors, execution issues, and points of attention/risks). * Analyze/suggest system improvements to enhance internal/external user experience. * Basic understanding of system integration, data flows, and error handling. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * Undergraduate degree completed or in progress. * Experience with operational routines. * Excel. * Programming language knowledge preferred. * Power Automate knowledge preferred. * Familiarity with continuous improvement concepts preferred. * Discipline, organization, and planning skills. * Ability to build constructive relationships with customers, peers, and other departments.
