The Collections area is where strategy meets execution. Our primary objective is to drive the bank's accounts receivable by proactively managing pre-default risk and mitigating operational and financial risks. The team operates strategically, leveraging advanced data methodologies and technologies as the foundation for analysis, monitoring, and decision-making, while also fostering ongoing conversations with partner areas to ensure a robust, healthy, and sustainable portfolio. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contribute to business decision-making using data and dashboards; * Develop, maintain, and enhance controls, indicators, and dashboards to monitor our financial operations; * Monitor accounts receivable and portfolios of our products; * Conduct data analyses focused on identifying risks, opportunities, and levers to reduce delinquency before it occurs; * Support the development of strategies to improve collection effectiveness; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to clear interpretation and communication of analytical results; * Support discussions with peer areas, using data as a driver for strategic decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in SQL for query construction, data manipulation, and analysis; * Experience or familiarity with Databricks; * Knowledge of Python and AI technologies is desirable; * Hands-on, proactive, curious profile, fully results-oriented (data-driven), strong teamwork mindset, analytical and strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
