Junior Data Analyst. **About the challenge.** In this role, you will learn to conduct **data analyses that guide real-world decisions**, not merely generate reports—but produce insights that impact product, operations, and business. On the **BMP Data Core team**, you will be developed to transform transactional data into actionable insights, within an environment where data carries **regulatory, operational, and commercial consequences**. Here, data is not aesthetic—it is strategic. **Summary of responsibilities.** * Build and maintain **operational dashboards and reports**, guided by senior analysts; * Conduct **exploratory analyses** on payment, credit, and partner behavioral data sets; * Learn to write **high-quality SQL**, emphasizing correctness, performance, and readability; * Document **metric definitions** and support maintenance of the **data glossary**; * Support the **Regulatory team** in extracting, organizing, and formatting data for reports and audits; * Participate actively in the data team’s routines with an **active, collaborative posture and focus on continuous learning**. **Technical requirements.** * Degree in **Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering**, or related fields; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **SQL**, including queries with filters, joins, and aggregations; * Advanced proficiency in **Excel or Google Sheets**; * Genuine interest in learning **Business Intelligence tools** (Metabase, Superset, Power BI, or similar); * An **owner’s mindset**: focused on delivering answers and insights—not just tables. **Nice-to-haves.** * Basic knowledge of **Python for data analysis** (pandas, matplotlib); * Prior exposure to **financial or regulated environments**; * Academic or personal projects featuring **documented data analyses**. **Additional Information.** * Work model: **100% in-office**; * Location: **Av.
