Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Designer with strong aesthetic sensibility and eagerness to learn, to accompany projects from inception to completion—proposing visual solutions and creating on/off materials. Key Highlights: 1. Accompany projects from inception to completion, from creation to client delivery. 2. Propose visual solutions and assist in concept development. 3. Collaborative work and freedom to propose new creative solutions. The challenge for the Junior Designer is to accompany and participate in projects from start to finish: from creation to final client delivery. We seek someone with exceptional aesthetic sense and, above all, strong motivation to learn. Key responsibilities include: \- Proposing visual solutions and assisting in concept development based on understanding of each requirement; \- Reading and interpreting clients’ brand guidelines; \- Contributing creative ideas during meetings; \- Conducting reference research and creating moodboards; \- Developing key visuals and producing on/off materials; \- Creating layouts, mockups, and prototypes; \- Working closely with project teams and other team members; \- Liaising with printing houses and suppliers to ensure material production and delivery; \- Managing deadlines and material quality; \- Providing regular reports and updates to the team and leadership. Requirements: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields; Strong text interpretation skills; Good interpersonal and communication skills: ability to work with flexible hours and high autonomy; Creativity: freedom to propose new solutions and inspire the team to do the same; Minimum 1 year of experience; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Excellent organizational and text interpretation skills; Strong aesthetic sense; Basic knowledge of graphic production; Basic PowerPoint proficiency; Basic English proficiency; Candidates without a portfolio will be disqualified from the selection process. Desirable: Basic motion graphics/video editing skills are a plus.
