Our participation is essential to winning new clients and/or business pillars. **Responsibilities and duties** Support the management of homologation requests: receive requirements, understand scope with Sales and Product Marketing teams, confirm information with the customer, register contracts and item orders in the system, manage the portfolio, conduct satisfaction surveys, onboard customers, track items undergoing homologation until their return to our inventory, and monitor KPIs. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Intermediate Excel skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams and external stakeholders (customers and Sales); Customer relationship and service orientation; Teamwork and collaborative behavior. **Additional information** Check out the benefits included in this journey: Profit Sharing (PLR): Above-market recognition, rewarding achievements built together.
