Ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized environment **SCHOOL MONITOR** **>> SANTA TEREZINHA NEIGHBORHOOD / BELO HORIZONTE** **Early Childhood Education – Infancy** **Opportunity Description** An educational institution focused on Early Childhood Education seeks a **School Monitor** to directly support pedagogical and childcare routines for infants and toddlers, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized environment. The professional will be responsible for accompanying children during daily activities, assisting teachers, and promoting children's well-being, socialization, and development. **Responsibilities** * Assist with children's daily care (hygiene, meals, and rest); * Support pedagogical activities proposed by teachers; * Accompany children during recreation, arrival, and departure; * Ensure children's safety and physical integrity; * Maintain organization of used spaces; * Encourage coexistence, autonomy, and socioemotional development. **Desired Profile** * Affinity with infants and toddlers; * Responsibility, patience, and a welcoming attitude; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in schools, daycare centers, or early childhood education is preferred; * Availability to work during the specified hours. **Work Schedule and Compensation** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * **Weekly Hours:** * 44 hours per week – schedule from **9:00 AM to 7:00 PM** * Or options of **30 hours per week**, scheduled from **7:00 AM to 1:00 PM** or **1:00 PM to 7:00 PM** * **Salary:** R$1621.00 * Benefits: Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel assistance, breakfast, telemedicine, accident insurance, benefits club, discounts on tuition fees for dependents.
