Use of AI tools in development The **14D Group** is looking for a professional with interest in technology and automation to join the team and contribute to optimizing internal processes, bringing greater efficiency and innovation to company routines. **Responsibilities:** * Develop automation scripts and bots using Python; * Test, adjust, and maintain existing automations; * Identify automation opportunities in daily processes; * Perform basic integrations with APIs, spreadsheets, and databases; * Document developed solutions; * Monitor executions and resolve failures; * Support the team in continuously improving solutions; * Use Artificial Intelligence tools to assist in development. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of Python (focused on automation); * Basic understanding of API, database, or spreadsheet integration; * Logical reasoning and problem-solving ability; * Organization and attention to detail; * Interest in technology and continuous learning. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Practical experience with automations (even personal projects); * Knowledge of libraries such as pandas, requests, selenium, or similar; * Familiarity with AI tools applied to development. **Behavioral Profile:** * Proactivity and curiosity about technology; * Ability to work well in teams; * Good communication skills; * Analytical capability; * Organization and discipline. **Job Information:** * **Location:** Headquarters – Jandaia do Sul * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week * **Employment Type:** CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
