This position plays a strategic role in maintaining and evolving a hybrid and critical environment, ensuring **stability, security, and agility throughout the build-deploy-operation lifecycle**. We seek communicative, proactive professionals with strong operational awareness, automation expertise, and governance experience in complex corporate environments. **Main Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Administer and evolve AWS environments, including EC2, EKS/ECS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC; * Manage infrastructure on IBM Cloud, including provisioning virtual machines and configuring networks; * Implement and maintain integrations using IBM Integration Bus / App Connect / ESB; * Perform version control, monitoring, and troubleshooting of integrations and system workflows; * Ensure environment maintenance and automation to promote operational stability and efficiency; * Manage environments, variables, and secrets per stack, adhering to security best practices; * Plan and execute deployments, defining maintenance windows, rollback strategies, and operational risk mitigation; * Define and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines; * Design and implement deployment strategies (e.g., blue/green, canary, rolling update); * Centralize and organize application and infrastructure logs; * Define metrics, configure monitoring, and create proactive alerts; * Implement and administer APM tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus + Grafana). **Requirements:** --------------- * Solid DevOps experience in critical corporate environments; * Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures; * Practical experience with AWS; * Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform; * Experience with CI/CD and structured pipelines; * Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude; * Advanced English proficiency; * Advanced Spanish proficiency is a plus. **Work Model:** ----------------------- On-site in Maringá/PR.
