Job Summary: Support the organization and delivery of training sessions, assist in onboarding new employees, and manage attendance lists and training reports. Key Highlights: 1. Support for employee training and onboarding 2. Development and updating of Training & Development (T&D) materials 3. Support to supervisors and team leaders on training-related requests TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (T\&D) Main Responsibilities: * Support the organization and delivery of training sessions. * Assist in onboarding new employees. * Manage attendance lists, records, and training reports. * Support the development and updating of T\&D materials. * Monitor departmental KPIs and administrative routines. * Provide support to supervisors and team leaders on training-related requests. Requirements: * Completed high school education (college enrollment in HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred). * Intermediate computer skills. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. * Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel (when required). Benefits: * Salary: $2\.800,00 ($2\.300,00 \+ $500,00 bonus), * Transportation allowance (VT) or Fuel subsidy, * Meal Allowance: $180,20 per month, * Food Voucher: R$17,50 per day, * Combined Meal + Food Voucher average: $620,00 per month, * Life insurance, * Health plan (after probation period), * Day off, * Life insurance. Work Schedule: * 6x1 rotation: Monday to Saturday, with fixed weekly day off on Sunday. * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM, including a 1-hour break.
