Job Summary: The Technical Support Advisor in Curitiba/PR analyzes documents and specifications for tenders, provides technical support, and seeks solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Seeking knowledge and complementary solutions Job Responsibilities: The Curitiba/PR branch has an open position for a Technical Support Advisor responsible for documentary technical analysis of tender notices, where: * Daily analysis of product documents and specifications to meet technical requirements of tender notices; * Identification of supplementary requirements beyond tender notice specifications, such as deadlines, accessories, installations, certificates, etc.; * Clarification and resolution of technical questions with issuing authorities / Public Administration regarding the tender to minimize uncertainties; * Tabulation of product technical specifications and provision of technical support throughout the tender process based on tabulated analysis for related internal departments; * Technical follow-up in case of award announcements; * Provision of technical support to the sales and after-sales teams upon request; * Technical assistance to the legal team for challenging, defending, or filing appeals related to tenders; * Technically defending the analysis versus non-qualified products; * Proactively seeking knowledge to understand technical requirements, thereby clarifying doubts or even requirements; * Seeking complementary solutions, such as management software, among possible requirements associated with the products.
