Job Summary: Analyst responsible for supporting financial planning, control, and decision-making through report generation, data analysis, and inventory monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preparing financial reports and analyses 2. Inventory and cash flow monitoring 3. Production of management reports and decision support \- Assist in preparing purchase recommendation reports for routine and seasonal items using Excel and ERP system reports, aiming to guide procurement staff, estimate merchandise acquisition budget, and control cash flow; \- Compare budgeted vs. actual purchasing figures for resale products using Excel and ERP system reports, aiming to maintain daily purchase control and correct potential budget deviations; \- Monitor store inventory turnover using internal BI tools and ERP system reports, aiming to track procurement and sales performance and assess stock-out risk; \- Assist in building the Management Cash Flow Statement using Excel, ERP system, and banking data, aiming to monitor the company's liquidity capacity; \- Management Reports: Produce periodic reports presenting indicator performance, proposing corrective actions and data-driven improvements; \- Decision-Making Support: Provide information and analyses to support managerial decision-making, contributing to budgetary planning and control; \- Assist in developing KPIs on the internal BI portal Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.403,85 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Experience in this role Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Preferred)
