In the meantime, keep your information updated and complete all steps so we can get to know you better. **Important:** we do not charge any fees during our selection processes **Responsibilities and duties** About the position: Responsible for supervising the maintenance of hospital equipment and commissioning of purchased equipment across the entire hospital unit, aiming for full functionality of equipment and certification of maintenance processes, in order to guarantee quality and efficiency in services provided. * Supervise corrective, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and departmental verifications through site visits and monitoring via Clinical Engineering software, ensuring safety, quality, full operation of hospital equipment, and adherence to the maintenance schedule * Execute and manage communication with third-party maintenance providers via email and phone calls, aiming to ensure service and repair of hospital equipment and completion of scheduled maintenance * Manage contracts with external suppliers through the Legal system, aiming for high-quality contract analysis * Create and present action plans to reduce operational expenses, aiming to minimize operational costs wherever possible * Manage human resources using the electronic timekeeping system, ensuring employees correctly record their working hours * Control inventory and ordering of hospital materials and accessories through the Clinical Engineering system and material control spreadsheets, ensuring full equipment functionality and proper stock levels * Manage the technological park, usage time versus equipment lifespan, based on the Clinical Engineering software, aiming to evaluate cost-effectiveness of equipment, annual maintenance versus new equipment purchase **Requirements and qualifications** If you believe in compassionate care and want to transform healthcare worldwide, our healthcare area offers a place of care and support.
