You’ll get hands-on experience reinventing how our products reach people. **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Arapongas, Paraná Responsibilities: **✨Key Activities You’ll Lead:** Your primary responsibility will be ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to the optimization of logistics processes in distribution centers.* Receive shift handovers, verify loading/receiving schedules, and organize cargo assemblies; * Conduct meetings with the operations team; attend daily warehouse and logistics meetings to discuss results, deviations, and corrective actions; * Monitor staff attendance, redistribute team members according to demand, and handle absenteeism and time sheets; * Track daily KPIs, identify deviations, and align strategies for correction; * Conduct warehouse rounds to verify 5S standards, safety, and activity execution, completing checklists and opening tickets as needed; * Plan transfers, coordinating with the control tower and transport teams; * Define and conduct training sessions, participate in feedback sessions, and promote team development; * Ensure proper use of PPE by the team, investigate safety incidents, and implement corrective actions aligned with HR.
