Responsible for implementing in-store merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product visibility, thereby enhancing their appeal and attractiveness to consumers. * Conduct daily morning meetings with the team, presenting daily sales and margin targets, performance from the previous day, and evaluating progress toward monthly goals. * Perform sales of all products in the store's portfolio. * In the absence of the stock clerk, perform daily and rotating inventory counts and record any discrepancies found. * Guide and supervise the team in offering the product and service portfolio. * Work toward achieving previously established objectives and improving sales. * Daily preparation of managerial analysis and operational performance reports by role, manager, salespeople, operators, administrative assistant, and attendant. * Analyze accounts receivable reports to support decision-making. * Monitor competitors' actions, such as new product launches, marketing, promotions, pricing, events, and inform the responsible manager. * Reactivate and prospect customers, always identifying their needs through research on their profile and consumption potential. * Visit and keep your customer portfolio updated. * Analyze the sales team's and store's customer portfolios. * Directly supervise the administrative assistant/receptionist's activities, verifying the cash register weekly. * Monitor inventory movement and organization. * At the beginning of each month, hold a meeting with the entire team to evaluate the previous month's performance in units and gross margin, analyzing whether results were sufficient to cover store expenses and generate profit. * Check cleanliness and order of uniforms, gloves, and ID badges; arrange replacements when necessary. * Inform the logistics manager about the need for repairs or maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment. * Supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Analyze and control store expenses. * Verify inventory count after the stock clerk's count and inform HR and Logistics departments. * Supervise sales contests and promotions. * Guide merchandise display in the showroom. * Monitor complaints regarding defective goods. * Monitor and guide proper storage of unserviceable items (parts and tires) for later collection by the company designated by the logistics department. * Ensure conservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of the store, identifying preventive maintenance needs. * Represent the company legally and socially. * Support events organized by your store. * Manage the team's vacation schedule. * Hire and dismiss employees, forming your work team according to company policies. * Identify training needs for the team under your supervision, developing them and ensuring employee retention and engagement. * Present proposals to correct deficiencies and leverage opportunities for increased volume, productivity, and profitability. * Accompany managers during visits to potential clients. * Train new managers, as well as internal and external salespeople, when requested. * Assist in other duties as needed.
