Job Summary: A professional responsible for tracking and monitoring delivery status, managing logistics incidents, and maintaining communication among all involved parties. Key Highlights: 1. Daily tracking and monitoring of cargo shipments 2. Management of logistics incidents and communication with carriers 3. Mediation of logistics issues and support to customer service (SAC) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor daily cargo shipment tracking; * Monitor deliveries without updates or delayed deliveries; * Contact carriers for operational coordination; * Open and follow up on tickets, protocols, and service requests with carriers' customer service (SAC); * Mediate incidents related to loss, damage, delay, and returns; * Assist in reimbursement and indemnification processes; * Request and monitor dedicated vehicles when necessary; * Assist in delivery modifications between delivery and pickup, and vice\-versa; * Update internal controls and logistics reports; * Maintain communication among sales, finance, customer service (SAC), and carriers; * Proactively flag potential logistics issues before they impact the customer; * Support customer service (SAC). OPERATIONAL ROUTINE * Daily verification of shipment tracking; * Control of logistics incidents; * Communication with carriers via WhatsApp, e\-mail, carrier websites, and ticketing platforms; * Continuous updating of information for all involved departments; * Tracking orders until delivery completion.
