




**Job Mission** Support the pre\-preparation and organization stages of the kitchen, maintaining a clean, well\-stocked, and operational environment, contributing to team efficiency and productive workflow, ensuring food production, preparation, and finishing in strict compliance with Kina Oriental Restaurants’ established quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation standards, guaranteeing a positive customer experience and contributing to kitchen operational efficiency. **Requirements ;** * Completed elementary or high school education; * **Experience:** Prior experience in a professional kitchen; * Good Handling Practices; * Kitchen organization and cleaning; * Teamwork; * Ability to work under pressure. **Responsibilities;** * Assist in food pre\-preparation (cutting, sanitizing, portioning). * Maintain a tidy, clean, and safe workplace. * Wash, sanitize, and organize utensils, pots, and equipment. * Assist in plating and production as directed by the chef. * Stock the production line with necessary ingredients and utensils. * Monitor product expiration dates and report irregularities. * Follow Good Handling Practices and food safety regulations. * Dispose of waste correctly according to unit procedures. * Operate simple kitchen equipment as instructed (stove, fryer, oven, griddle). * Support the team with ad\-hoc tasks, especially during peak hours. * Comply with Kina Restaurants’ operational procedures and instructions.
