The professional will support the pilot production department in the development process of pilot garments, which serve as the basis for mass production. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering the pilot garment package to pilot seamstresses (pattern making and trims), cutting paper-thin patterns and pasting them onto kraft paper for enhanced durability, and organizing trims and materials used in the department.
