Job Summary: A professional responsible for requirements gathering, system implementation and validation, performance optimization, and ERP integration with other systems, aiming for continuous improvement and future architecture. Researching and testing new technologies and services **Job Description:** ---------------------- Gather necessary information and refine requirements for medium- and large-impact projects. Implement and validate systems in the production environment. Investigate new technologies to improve the system. Create technical reports and extract performance indicator data. Optimize system performance and ensure the proper functioning of the company's System solutions. Coordinate ERP integration with other company systems, such as sales force automation systems, inventory management systems, HR systems, among others. Conduct research and testing of new technologies and services, and develop the company’s future information architecture, proposing solutions and optimizations aligned with business processes. Organize and monitor version releases and deployment of new functionalities in production environments. Participate with business areas in requirement definition and software solution selection phases. Approve changes to data models of internally developed systems. Specify procurement needs for goods and services related to the Systems area, in accordance with budget planning. Support technical and administrative execution and oversight of service contracts; manage data quality and integrity stored in the ERP.
